In.KO is a young artist from the Basque Country and is releasing his third project. After putting out music projects focused on funk house and deep house, he is now exploring synthwave. MIDNIGHT DRIVING is a dive into this iconic 80s genre that has seen a resurgence in recent years. The project aims to immerse you in a retro-futuristic city reminiscent of Night City, the emblematic megalopolis from the game Cyberpunk 2077.

The album follows a clear narrative: you embody a person speeding through the neon-lit streets of this city in a car, starting from the beginning of the ride and ending at sunrise, marking the passing of another day. The use of Moog synthesizers and other vintage gear, along with 80s drum machines, makes the experience unique and filled with a certain nostalgia.
